Join the march of The Carnabetian Army!

Over the past few days I have decided to join Vintage Search. It is almost like an online search engine for vintage related blogs and online stores. There is also a display of the top vintage blogs listed that is quite good to have a look through. You can do so by clicking the logo on my sidebar that reads "Top Vintage Blog - Vintage Search".

I have also joined Bloglovin' too. So do feel free to join the march of The Carnabetian Army and follow me!

In other news, I finally got to bring the rest of my LPs over to our unit to store in our fab new bookcase. And of course the first one I put on, as I spent time organizing them into artist and release date, was "Sticky Fingers". "Brown Sugar" was played so  loud that I must have been quite a disturbance to my neighbours. We did a massive clean out of the unit today and we are almost finished organizing the bookcase. So pictures should be on their way soon!

  1. I'm following you on bloglovin (although I'm still geting used to check things there instead of the blogspot feed).
Sticky Fingers is such a brilliant album! It was the first Stones record I bought myself (exchanged for a bad book in a second hand shop when I was 12!). I'm looking forward for the pictures! xxx

    1. Thanks for following! I follow you through Bloglovin' too, and likewise, I am still getting used to it.
Oh yes, isn't it great? I was lucky enough to get an edition with the metal zip in my favourite record store for a steal. How great that you got yours merely through exchange! xx

  2. Will check out this Vintage Search site! I'm already following you on bloglovin by the way :) 'Brown Sugar' is such an awesome tune that I'm sure your neighbors were probably dancin' to it hehe!

  3. Hi, Lucy! When you play your music loud it means you are happy and excited about life. I am thrilled to know you are enjoying yourself and your new bookcase. I reacted the same way years ago when my father built me a sturdy wooden rack to hold my 600 albums. As I loaded the records alphabetically by artist into that handsome custom rack I played Iron Butterfly, It's a Beautiful Day, One Nation Underground by Pearls Before Swine and Raw Sienna by Savoy Brown. Those LP's never sounded so good! I am eager to view your pics when your case is organized. Have a wonderful weekend, dear friend!
